The study emphasizes the need to modernize traditional labor training methods through integration with digital technologies, project-based learning, and interdisciplinary approaches. The article also highlights the role of teachers in shaping students’ motivation toward manual and intellectual work, as well as the value of labor education in preparing young people for professional self-determination. By combining national traditions with innovative educational strategies, labor education can become a key tool for sustainable development and the formation of a competent, active, and responsible generation.
