This article examines the strategic importance of digital information services in improving the efficiency and competitiveness of small businesses within the modern digital economy. The study analyzes the economic characteristics of information products and services, the development of digital business models, and the influence of cloud technologies and online platforms on business-process optimization. Particular attention is devoted to SaaS technologies, digital analytics, cloud infrastructure, online communication systems, and institutional mechanisms supporting digital entrepreneurship. The research applies analytical, comparative, and systemic approaches to evaluate the role of information services in reducing operational costs, improving managerial flexibility, and strengthening organizational sustainability. Research findings demonstrate that integrated digital-service systems significantly improve business efficiency, accelerate decision-making processes, reduce technological expenses, and expand market opportunities for small enterprises.
